About the Role

As 高级专员，人力发展岗, your main responsibilities will be:

• Conducting interviews with insurance marketing personnel;
• Organising and implementing recruitment promotion activities;
• Assisting business teams with life insurance entrepreneurship explanation meetings;
• Supporting zone or SSC recruitment activities;
• Designing, implementing, and promoting recruitment incentive activities;
• Analysing performance reports;
• Creating and managing recruitment tools;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
• Reporting potential business quality risks;
• Completing tasks assigned by department supervisors.

Requirements

• University undergraduate degree with business promotion experience;
• At least three years of life insurance experience for specialist roles or five years for senior specialist roles;
• Proficient in MS-Office software and university English level four;
• Strong organisational skills, communication techniques, customer awareness, responsibility, and work initiative.
