Hybrid Rider

We are seeking a Hybrid Rider to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Hybrid Rider, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, pick-up points, and stations safely and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers, pick-up points, and stations safely and on time
• Verify customer details with actual addresses in the application before and during delivery to ensure addresses are within coverage areas
• Check for discrepancies or contradictions in packages, packaging conditions, and AWB presence
• Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and ensure the collected amount matches the application record
• Hand over COD collections to Station Heads or Fleet Assistants daily
• Contact customers before failed deliveries if they do not respond
• Maintain good behaviour with customers, adhere to designated routes and schedules, and comply with POD requirements
• Comply with transportation laws and maintain safe driving records
• Adhere to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct and Quality Policy
• Perform any additional tasks directed by superiors

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Aged 18 and above
• SPM qualification and above
• No prior experience required
• Own vehicle (motorcycle/car)
• Valid driver's/riding license and GDL (if driving company vehicles)
• Clean driving record
• No criminal record
• Good attitude and customer-oriented
• Android phone
• Responsible and punctual
• Flexible working hours

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until delivery completion) Delivery Area: Petaling Jaya Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,400 per month
