Description
We're seeking a Partner Solution Architect to provide technical advisory and co-development services to Workday partners. You'll help partners design and build compelling solutions using Workday Extend and other tools.
Responsibilities
- Review and certify partner-built integrations, applications, and agents on the Workday Platform
- Support partners in developing solutions for the Workday Marketplace using Workday Extend and technical standards
- Combine the expertise of a software architect, developer, delivery lead, and project manager to help partners define their initial design and overcome technical roadblocks
- Act as a liaison to Workday product teams, effectively communicating partners' technical requirements
- Focus on supporting the new Agent Partner Network for partners building managed agents on the platform using Workday Extend
Requirements
- Experience with HR and Finance functional business processes
- 2+ years developing applications using Workday Extend
- 2+ years of experience designing, building, and troubleshooting software integrations
- 2+ years of experience with web service technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP, and SSL)
- 2+ years of experience with XML technologies and standards (XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath)
- Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered applications or agents using modern frameworks
- Working knowledge of agent interoperability and connectivity protocols
- Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tooling
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Workday preferred
- Experience in the Workday software alliances ecosystem is a plus
- Functional industry knowledge within retail, technology, or healthcare
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and learning
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and individuals
Salary €69,000 EUR - €103,400 EUR
