Description
As a Senior Operations and Strategy Manager at EarnIn, you'll help bring the company's mission to life by shaping business strategy and success from the ground up. This involves covering customer insights, go-to-market, customer adoption, product, and operations.
You will apply AI-native capabilities to how the business runs, operating like an early general manager: understanding business economics, defining strategy, and breaking big goals into actionable work. As EarnIn adds business units, you may be placed where the need is greatest, influencing and developing strategies for market leadership.
Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with General Managers to define vision and scale opportunities with various teams
- Developing roadmaps and proof points for B2B initiatives and working with cross-functional teams
- Experimenting quickly to drive go-to-market and customer adoption
- Identifying areas to replace manual work with agentic workflows and partnering with engineering to build them
- Taking AI pilots from experiment to production and creating reusable playbooks
- Working with business development, sales, and account management on pitch decks and sales content
- Creating innovative solutions that drive growth and operational excellence
- Establishing and monitoring performance metrics and providing regular updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, and/or Partnerships
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and hitting goals, including influencing and building alignment up to the executive level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort interfacing internally and externally
- Strong data retrieval, analytics, and presentation skills, and comfort using data to drive decisions
Nice to have:
- SQL experience
- 0-1 experience in fintech products
- Experience in fintech or regulated, security-sensitive environments
- Experience with AI governance in a regulated environment
The Mountain View base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$187,000, plus equity and benefits. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work 2 days a week.
