Finance Controller

We're seeking a Finance Controller to oversee and improve our financial operations. As a hands-on leadership role, you will report directly to our Director of Finance and support them in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cash flow and treasury across multiple entities
• Leading the transition of payment infrastructure
• Automating and systematizing financial processes
• Building and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Overseeing financial operations across entities and vendors
• Delivering executive-ready reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution roles
• Direct experience operating in high-volume, high-transaction-count environments
• Demonstrated systems-first approach to problem-solving
• Experience leading or overseeing finance operations teams and external partners
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop, and corporate card platforms
