Physical Therapist - Home Health - PRN

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will plan, organise and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients affected by injury or disease
• Develop and implement therapeutic plans, modifying them as necessary
• Educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home
• Utilise tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
• Document client information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

Requirements:

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
• Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
