Join our team in the M&S Café at Eclipse Park, Maidstone, as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during busy periods.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture
- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs
- Using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll be expected to work varied shifts, including Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
