Program Manager

Tanium is seeking a Program Manager to own program management of product development activities for their assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strong program/project management foundation, sharp judgment under ambiguity, and the confidence to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the spec-driven product launch process end-to-end – from ideation to delivery – for a product portfolio area.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different stakeholders and different stages simultaneously.
• Set timelines, hold cross-functional partners accountable to them, and communicate product readiness to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – subject matter experts, UX, Engineering, Enablement, Legal, and Marketing.
• Develop first-draft materials for product enablement and marketing.
• Act as a proxy to the Product Managers whose portfolios you manage.

Requirements:

• Education - BA or equivalent experience
• Experience - 3+ years in program or project management
• Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-stage workstreams
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• A track record of driving timelines and holding stakeholders accountable
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
