Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Coventry Arena, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals
Schedule:
- Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00
- Monday: 08:00 - 12:00
- Tuesday: 06:00 - 10:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 10:00
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
