FCP - FMS Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled FCP - FMS Operations Lead to support our operations, specifically loading/unloading, setting up, and moving equipment. As a key member of our team, you will take the lead in setting up and tearing down all sales locations and activities in the pit party. You will participate in operating various FCP activities, including an inflatable slide, ride-ons, ride truck, and photo stand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing the load-in and load-out process
• Coordinating, managing, and assisting in all stadium set-ups and locations, including sales equipment for merchandise and food
• Handling shipping and receiving
• Monitoring equipment trailer upkeep and preparation for load-in and load-out
• Monitoring the receiving and inventory of all items, merchandise, and non-chargeable items weekly
• Creating the merch mix/list and delivering it for both inside the stadium and merch trailers
• Managing vendor registration
• Following up on equipment ordered through city needs
• Assisting with securing local commodity needs and confirming deliveries
• Maintaining equipment upkeep, monitoring pit party activities, and helping with gear trailer movement and transition
• Assisting in pit party transitions and outside equipment movement
• Enforcing all Pit Party FCP guidelines and rights
• Monitoring and cleaning the concourse of trash, debris, and cardboard accumulated by the sales crew
• Helping to settle outside ext food and pit party activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience within Feld Entertainment, Inc. or other live events
• Willingness to travel (required)
• Basic computer and tablet skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, etc. a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and making reasonable decisions under pressure
