Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide critical support to the Americas Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will own offer creation in Oracle OCRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of offers, and work with Americas Finance on analysis and reconciliation of offer accruals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on offers to be extended to customers and create/adjust offers in Oracle OCRM
• Reconcile and adjust to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Work with stakeholders to ensure offer setup, timing, reconciliations, accuracy, and completeness meet stakeholder needs
• Own the offer creation process and work to improve efficiency
• Own compliance and controls of offer creation process, including assistance with audits
• Assist in offers reporting, analysis, and spend forecasting
• Conduct training to sales and marketing teams on offers-related procedures and compliance requirements
• Support quarter-end reporting and close processes

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a field requiring quantitative and analytical strength (e.g., economics, finance, accounting)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in analyzing/reconciling data
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well with diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail
• Financial system experience (e.g., Oracle) is a strong plus
