Controller - VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports

We are seeking a strong analytical and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our Finance & Controlling team as a Controller. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, supporting our business areas as a partner in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Budgeting: Manage planning and forecast cycles, ensure data quality in SAP, and analyse variances.
• Operational Controlling & Reporting: Accompany the monthly closing process, develop reportings, and identify deviations and optimisation potentials.
• Annual Closing: Assist in preparing the annual financial statements and support the analysis of financial key figures.
• Projects: Analyse and optimise existing data structures, identify automation and efficiency improvement potentials, and work on cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with experience in operations and/or sales.
• Sound knowledge of planning, forecasting, monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers, interrelationships, and business performance.
• Very good MS-Excel and MS-Office skills; experience with SAP, BI, reporting, or planning systems is beneficial.
• Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working.
• Good communication skills in German and English.

The statutory minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 2,251 per month. However, our attractive salary packages are significantly higher than the minimum required.
