The Real Estate Portfolio Lead Opportunity

As a Real Estate Portfolio Lead, you will report to the Director, Corporate Real Estate & Capital Projects, and manage lease transactions, workplace improvement projects, and drive continuous improvement across the global portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease transactions, including acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions, while tracking critical dates and maintaining accurate pipeline dashboards.
• Analyse portfolio metrics to support occupancy planning, financial planning, and evaluating costs, seat-sharing ratios, utilisation trends, and capital project performance.
• Coordinate workplace and relocation projects by developing budgets and schedules, monitoring milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline project delivery and optimise operations by developing standard operating procedures and supporting the rollout of CRE AI platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of direct experience in Corporate Real Estate, Transaction Management, Portfolio Operations, and Project Management.
• Proven track record of supporting lease negotiations and transactions worldwide, backed by strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in the Google suite, creating executive presentations, and effectively managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Previous corporate experience at a technology company.
• Knowledge of commercial lease structures.
• Familiarity with workplace analytics.
• PMP certification.
