Description
Join NVIDIA in Taipei, Taiwan as a Data Center MODS Manager. You'll lead a team of engineers, working with US and India MODS teams to strengthen expertise. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on work, influencing the future of computing.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize support for MODS issues reported from local NPI projects
- Collaborate with customer diag teams to resolve MODS issues
- Manage and mentor engineers, grooming future technical leaders
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Adopt AI to improve team efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of system software experience, with 4+ years of team management experience
- Strong system design and programming skills in C/C++, Python a plus
- Solid understanding of computer architecture, operating system, kernel driver, device programming
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GPU compute or server product technologies like BMC, Infiniband, PCIE, NVLink
- Experience with engineer software considering RAS
- Comfortable with unknowns and change
