Director of Product Management, Fintech

We're looking for a seasoned product leader to take charge of transforming Cloudflare's quote to cash process. You will manage a small team of product managers, work horizontally with various groups, and span timescales from short-term deliverables to long-term projects like a full ERP implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Take leadership of a small team of product managers
• Work horizontally with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and external vendors
• Span timescales from short-term deliverables to long-term projects
• Commit to quality and accuracy of revenue and service of customers
• Communicate and collaborate with various teams
• Represent Cloudflare to large customers
• Provide and demand accountability

Success Factors:

• History of success delivering projects within the financial domain
• Experience in product management in billing, fintech, financial reporting, or similar domains
• Successfully managed teams of other product managers

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Internet-native companies
• Technical background or fluency
• Finance fluency
• Understanding of how the Internet works

Compensation:

• Estimated annual salary of €146,000 - 183,000 for Lisbon-based hires
• Eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan
