Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with Eoghain McLaughlin, our Technology & Innovation lead, to drive innovation and technology development within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new technologies to improve performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects
• Analyze data and develop insights to inform technology decisions
• Work with external partners and suppliers to bring new technologies into the team

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
