Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI.

The successful candidate will provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, evaluating, establishing treatment plans, and goals of treatment, as well as providing and/or supervising the administration of treatment modalities/procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients and developing treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy treatments
• Documenting patient progress
• Educating patients and families

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire

Schedule: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks, day shift with weekend and holiday coverage shared between staff
