What you'll do

You'll be part of a team that is responsible for optimizing and implementing processes, methods, and tools in the entire vehicle development process. Your tasks will include:

• Fahrzeugentwicklungsprozess entlang des V-Modells
• Methoden und Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung
• Kommunikations- und Schulungsunterlagen
• Interne Prozessdokumentation
• Workshops und Schulungen zur Anwendung von Methoden und Tools
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und Schnittstellenpartnern (u.a. IT) zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen

What you need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Ein Studienplatz für Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder -informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)
• Interesse an Prozessoptimierung und Methodenentwicklung
• Analytische Denkweise und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) wünschenswert
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel und PowerPoint)
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
