SAP S/4HANA Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Lead to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, extensive program delivery experience, and a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, and finance processes.

The Program Lead will be accountable for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, solution delivery, risk management, and business transformation across global SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams
• Set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components
• Define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically
• Communicate effectively with C-Level stakeholders within client organizations
• Lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators
• Articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations

Requirements:

• Deep proven experience of the Semiconductor industry
• Delivered at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
• 15+ years of consulting experience
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain planning, demand management, procurement and sourcing, inventory and logistics, manufacturing execution integration, and global finance operations
