Senior Consultant - Project and Portfolio Management

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Project and Portfolio Management team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex customer projects, selecting and applying suitable project management methods, and developing governance, reporting, and communication structures.

Key responsibilities:

• Structure and manage complex customer projects
• Select and apply suitable classic, agile, and hybrid project management methods
• Develop governance, reporting, and communication structures
• Prepare and manage relevant committees
• Conduct risk and stakeholder analyses
• Plan, manage, and track project roadmaps and progress
• Ensure transparent project management
• Manage project controlling and budget management
• Analyze and prepare relevant key performance indicators
• Support the development of consulting services
• Contribute to business development, proposal work, and customer acquisition

Requirements:

• Completed studies and at least 3 years of professional experience in a consulting environment with a focus on project management in a digitalization environment
• Expertise in transformation, digitalization, and IT projects, ideally in an SAP or enterprise environment
• Experience with common project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player with high motivation and structure
