Art Director - Create

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our EA Create team in Shanghai. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for helping Create engage with one of our key franchise partners and ensuring the quality of the content and partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept, and execute on the delivery
• Work with the art team on a daily basis and coordinate with the design team
• Communicate closely with external franchise leadership and ADs to ensure alignment with the right direction
• Report to Create Head of Creative

Requirements:

• Solid experience in game art and game development, with multiple game titles shipped as an art director
• Experience in map creation, collaborating with multiple domains, and achieving common targets
• Strong storytelling capability under a consistent visual language
• Fluent English skills, with the ability to run art presentations to internal and external teams
• 10+ years in the game industry, with 5+ years in senior roles (AD or Lead)
• Team leadership experience, with people manager experience preferred
