Description
As an Electromechanical Product Engineering Specialist at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by supporting product engineering, change activities, and other efforts for electromechanical Powered and Supplied Air Respiratory Systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting product engineering, change activities, and other efforts for electromechanical Powered and Supplied Air Respiratory Systems.
- Contributing to product design, testing, and development activities to improve product performance, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Working with cross-functional teams to complete product verification, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Supporting product and process improvements by applying engineering principles, data analysis, and structured problem-solving methods.
- Providing technical support to R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Business teams by investigating technical issues and developing practical solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or engineering discipline.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience applying engineering fundamentals to product development, testing, analysis, or process improvement activities.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in research and development, product development, design engineering, testing, manufacturing engineering, or related engineering functions.

Salary range: $98,964 - $120,957 per year.
