District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist

We are seeking a District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist to join our team at American Honda Motor Company, Inc.

The Parts & Service Field Operations group provides dealer consulting and support to the Honda/Acura dealer network. As a District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist, you will be the liaison between American Honda Motor Company, Inc., and Honda/Acura dealerships, working to identify specific gaps between AHM objectives and actual Dealer performance in areas such as Overall Customer Satisfaction, Reduction of Oil Change Time, and Honda/Acura Genuine Parts and Accessory sales.

Key Accountabilities:

• Achievement of Assigned Parts & Accessory Objectives
• Achievement of Overall Customer Satisfaction Objectives
• Achievement of Oil Change Service Time of <60 Minutes Honda / <65 Minutes Acura
• Increase % of Dealers Achieving Oil Change Service Time of <60 Minutes Honda / <65 Minutes Acura

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years auto parts and service wholesale, and/or retail experience
• Automotive service wholesale and/or retail experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of OEM automotive warranty policies and procedures preferred
