We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Belfast, County Antrim. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their queries, and ensuring that our store is running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel valued and supported
- Assist customers with their queries, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including restocking shelves and processing deliveries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop your knowledge of our products and services to make informed recommendations to customers
