Clinic Supervisor

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to oversee clinic operations. The successful candidate will supervise clinic staff to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor attendance and ensure efficient service delivery to patients
• Coordinate with doctors and dentists regarding schedules and attendance
• Review and collate reports from subordinates
• Ensure accurate and timely results
• Train new staff on clinic procedures and management systems
• Coach and retrain existing staff as needed
• Evaluate subordinate performance
• Coordinate with other clinic heads and suppliers
• Render overtime if necessary
• Investigate and resolve complaints

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Nursing, Medical Technology, or Radiology
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with initiative and patience
• Proficient in administrative work
