Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC The Grounds

Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer to join the EA SPORTS™ FC The Grounds team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As one of the largest sports entertainment platforms in the world, EA SPORTS FC is redefining football with genre-leading interactive experiences.

The Assistant Producer will work closely with the production, design, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling features for The Grounds within EA SPORTS FC 27 and beyond. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in production or project management within game development, strong planning and organization skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day production and execution of one or more feature workstreams
• Partner with artists, discipline leads, designers, and external development partners to coordinate the delivery of high-quality features
• Maintain schedules, milestones, sprint plans, and production tracking for assigned workstreams
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving timely follow-up and escalating issues when needed
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned throughout development
• Support milestone planning, testing, and release readiness
• Provide regular project status updates to the Producer and cross-functional partners
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and execution processes
• Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external development partners to support successful feature delivery

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in production or project management within game development
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through multiple stages of development
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to proactively identify risks and keep work moving
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar production tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
