Manager, APAC Recruiting

We're looking for a Manager, APAC Recruiting to lead hiring across Asia Pacific as Anthropic expands its presence. This senior role requires stakeholder partnership, operational rigor, and serving as a bridge between regional business and global recruiting.

You will partner with our Head of International Sales and APAC leadership to develop localized talent strategies, build and lead a team of recruiters, and drive senior-level searches.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and lead APAC Recruiting operations across key markets
• Manage a team of APAC-based recruiters for all functions
• Develop localized talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the region
• Serve as a cultural ambassador between US headquarters and APAC offices
• Drive senior-level searches and create recruiting strategies leveraging local market insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and establish metrics to measure recruiting effectiveness
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of recruiting experience with 4+ years leading teams, preferably in APAC
• Proven experience building recruiting functions in new APAC markets
• Expertise across all recruiting domains (G&A, GTM, Tech)
• Strong understanding of employment law, data privacy, and local hiring norms
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to operate strategically and execute hands-on recruiting for senior positions
