Associate Director, Deal Sourcing

Assist the department head in internal management and implement deal sourcing to deliver performances according to multiple objectives and ensure the entire process compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in establishing and continuously optimising comprehensive business management systems, operational procedures, and contingency plans.
• Assist the head of department in conducting internal staff management.
• Responsible for deal sourcing, including client expansion, relationship maintenance, and pipeline management.
• Conduct deal-based due diligence and feasibility studies on products, and coordinate internal and external reviewers to provide assessments.
• Implement internal assessment and decision-making processes, promote product filing, and facilitate fundraising.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree from a well-known domestic or overseas university. Major in Finance, Economy, Law, or Accounting preferred.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in debt product investment or issuance management in IAMC, Trust companies, Banks, or relevant financial institutions, with at least 2 years of management experience.
• Professional Qualification: CPA, CFA, or Lawyer's license preferred.
• Deep understanding of regulations related to product issuance, with strong deal sourcing capability and negotiation skills.
