Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver

Lush Manufacturing is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Assistant/Forklift Driver. This safety-critical role combines forklift operation with hands-on warehouse and stock management. You'll play an important role in ensuring stock is received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to unload, move, and store stock across the warehouse and production areas.
• Receive, check, and accurately process incoming stock.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Pick, pack, label, wrap, and dispatch orders to Lush stores.
• Assist with stock control and stocktakes.
• Support Dangerous Goods (DG) handling and documentation (when required).
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damage, or quality issues.
• Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment and/or data entry duties.
• Current forklift driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak clearly in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications.
• Physically able to perform tasks, including standing for 38 hours per week, lifting up to 20kg, and completing manual tasks.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday (6:54am - 3:00pm).
