Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Connexity, a Taboola company, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Connexity's U.S. hiring needs. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers across departments to support the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensure timely, high-quality hiring that aligns with business goals, and contribute to the company's employer brand and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director, Global TA to recommend hiring strategies for Connexity
• Stay current with trends in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, outreach methods
• Develop a deep understanding of hiring managers' teams, define role requirements and skill needs, build job descriptions
• Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation and acceptance
• Set and monitor hiring goals, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and track key recruiting metrics
• Drive creativity in sourcing candidates through various channels, leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate interview stages with hiring teams
• Maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Partner with the broader HR team on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in an in-house environment within the tech or digital media industry
• Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions, including technical and business
• Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media
• Experience working with an ATS, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong interviewing skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of employment law and best practices in the U.S. hiring landscape
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
