Director, Agency Recruitment and Development

The Director, Agency Recruitment and Development will play a pivotal role in advancing the agency recruitment agenda and driving new recruitment projects to grow the agency force aggressively.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic input into the design, review and ongoing enhancement of competitive recruitment programs and campaigns.
• Oversee and lead recruitment initiatives and special projects, mobilizing agency stakeholders.
• Play an integral role in advancing industry recruitment by partnering with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide rigorous oversight of recruitment activities from preparation through implementation.
• Design and promote effective recruitment seminars, developmental and motivational workshops and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Field Force, Agency Directors and different departments to formulate an efficient work process.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Business Studies, Management or Finance related subjects.
• At least 10 years of work experience in insurance industry with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviors.
• Proven track record of achieving results and initiating changes.
• Good team player, strategic thinker and work under tight timeline.
• Good analytical and project management skills, and strong business sense.
• Good organization skills and attentive to details.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
