Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Medical Writer Publications - Sponsor Dedicated to lead the clear and accurate completion of medical writing deliverables.
The successful candidate will manage medical writing activities associated with individual studies, coordinate medical writing activities within and across departments with minimal supervision, and lead the resolution of comments from the client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the completion of medical writing deliverables, ensuring scientific information is presented clearly and accurately
- Managing medical writing activities associated with individual studies
- Coordinating medical writing activities within and across departments with minimal supervision
- Leading the resolution of comments from the client
- Completing a variety of documents, including journal manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations for scientific meetings
- Adhering to established regulatory standards, including ICH E3 guidelines
- Coordinating quality and editorial reviews
- Ensuring source documentation is managed appropriately
- Acting as peer reviewer for internal team
- Interacting and building good working relations with clients, department head, and peers
- Identifying and proposing solutions to resolve issues
- Providing technical support, training, and consultation to department and other company staff
- Mentoring and leading less experienced medical writers on complex projects
- Developing deep expertise on key topics in the industry and regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Being aware of budget specifications for assigned projects and working within the budgeted hours
- Completing required administrative tasks within the specified timeframes
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
