Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Teeside Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving results
Hours of operation include Thursday 14:00-18:00, Friday 14:00-18:00, and Saturday 10:00-19:00. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be required to work up to full-time hours during certain periods.
