ViiV Healthcare is seeking an Associate Director, Field Reimbursement Corporate Account, NYC North. The successful candidate will operate as a subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting ViiV's long-acting injectables to facilitate appropriate patient access.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing access/reimbursement issues and opportunities
- Providing strategic accounts product access/reimbursement expertise
- Providing access/reimbursement education to field teams and matrix partners
- Coordinating on access/reimbursement issues with third parties, including hubs
- Supporting patient access to products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: field reimbursement, key account management, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement HUB programs. Experience with payer and health systems, specialty pharmacy, and buy and bill process is also required.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA, MPH, or other advanced degree, demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes, proactive implementation execution excellence, and proven indirect/direct leadership with proficient impactful coaching effectiveness.
The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $150,750 to $251,250. The position also offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in a share-based long-term incentive program, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health care and other insurance benefits, retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
