Campaign Manager

This hybrid role oversees and manages the execution of various campaign initiatives across multiple channels to ensure quality and timely implementation. The role holder optimises new business profitability and production growth, prepares campaign sales tools, and manages campaign appeals and enquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement compelling offers for new and existing insurance products to drive business growth
• Drive innovation to continuously deliver new campaign ideas and strategies
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights using data analytics to identify innovative campaign opportunities
• Handle post-campaign follow-up activities, such as responding to enquiries from customers or internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the implementation and execution of campaign initiatives to meet business goals
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed
• Manage and handle campaign appeals through various channels
• Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

• University degree with around 10-15 years of working experience in the insurance industry
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Relevant experience with campaign implementation and execution, campaign communication materials, handling enquiries, and in-depth knowledge of product development, operations, and system processes
• Ability to work under stress and tight timelines, with a passionate, high-motivation, and result-oriented approach
• Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong project management skills
