Project Manager - DevOps team

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our DevOps team at Electronic Arts in Bucharest, Romania. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our leadership team, managing project and resource planning, balancing scope with capacity, tracking progress, implementing and improving processes, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery across a team of DevOps engineers within a global team
• Work with tech leads and engineers on planning and implementing DevOps projects
• Guide planning and support continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives
• Create project schedules and align with development and central teams
• Meet deadlines and communicate status and risks to the project team and project partners
• Mitigate risks for areas of ownership and be the point of escalation for conflict management

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management acquired from 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally on DevOps-centric teams or similar software development projects
• Experience solving complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of several factors
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software
