Value Driven Care (Healthcare), Specialist

About the Role

As a Value Driven Care Specialist, you'll work with key stakeholders to drive high-priority healthcare initiatives that enhance our healthcare propositions, strengthen our health and wellness ecosystem, and ensure the financial sustainability of our healthcare portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Focusing on one or more high-priority initiatives, such as product changes, healthcare ecosystem development, value-based healthcare, utilisation management, and analytics and financials
• Developing a deep understanding of the underlying problems and crafting relevant initiatives to address them
• Collaborating with workstream leads, functional heads, and senior stakeholders to drive and deliver initiatives
• Analyzing healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and measuring the impact of initiatives
• Reporting initiative progress to senior leaders and monitoring initiative impact

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant healthcare or health insurance experience
• Exposure to health insurance functions and/or deep understanding of one or two relevant functions
• Good understanding of value-based healthcare and utilisation management
• Proficiency in healthcare data analysis using MS Excel, SQL, and basic understanding of the Singapore healthcare financing system
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal relationship skills
