Product Operations Specialist - SkillBridge

As a Product Operations Associate, your mission is to maintain the health of defence technology.

You will be responsible for identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing resolution of incidents across deployed systems.

Your analysis of incident- and sustainment-related data, identification of trends, and development of recommendations will inform decision-making by stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Incident Resolution: Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents affecting deployed air defence assets.
• Root Cause Analysis: Initiate root cause analysis of incidents and produce trend analyses of aggregated incident data.
• Data Analysis & Decision Support: Identify, record, analyse, and communicate data and trends relevant to asset health and performance.
• Fleet Sustainment: Collaborate with teams to sustain and modernise the fleet of deployed systems.
• Project Management: Execute project work focused on enhancing fleet sustainment processes and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in government agency, military, defence, consulting, or manufacturing sectors.
• Self-starter with a record of high achievement in multiple domains.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate technical and non-technical efforts across functions.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and/or previous technical work experience.
• Experience with Linux Command Line Interface (CLI).
