Data & Process Automation Analyst – Supply Chain

The Ford Purchasing team adds critical value to the entire organization by sourcing high-quality parts and services globally while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. As a Data & Process Automation Analyst – Supply Chain, you will modernize procurement, sourcing, and supply chain teams' workflows by building practical, scalable tools that make everyday work faster, clearer, and more data-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain user-friendly applications and automated workflows using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business leaders.
• Partner with procurement, purchasing, and sourcing teams to gather requirements and redesign inefficient processes.
• Continuously improve existing tools and workflows for better performance and reliability.
• Integrate data from approved external data sources and connectors.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Typically 1 to 3 years of experience developing business applications, automation, or business intelligence solutions.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Microsoft 365.
