Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

As a Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in analysing and interpreting recruitment data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the talent acquisition team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track recruitment performance
• Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide recommendations
• Design and implement data visualisation tools to communicate findings
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
