Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support the construction, consolidation, and analysis of the company's financial planning, contributing to strategic decisions through reliable information and high-quality analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the annual budget and financial reviews throughout the year.
• Collaborate with managers from different areas to facilitate the financial planning process and ensure alignment with company guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of short-term, medium-term, and long-term projections, seeking increasing precision and quality of information.
• Update and analyze MEC Analyses, ensuring consistency of financial information and supporting budget center owners.
• Act as Key User of financial planning tools, providing support and training to internal clients involved in the budgeting process.
• Administer and maintain the company's cost center structure and internal orders, performing hierarchy updates and necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and guidelines in all processes under your responsibility.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continuous evolution of financial planning processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Financial Planning, Controlling, or related areas.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP (FI module) and Oracle Hyperion.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
• Ability to work with different areas and influence stakeholders.
• Proactivity, sense of urgency, critical thinking, and willingness to continuously improve processes.
