Senior Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Specialist to manage strategic business projects and sales channels. In this role, you will combine account management, sales channel management, forecasting, stakeholder management, and marketplace management.

As a senior key account specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with selected partners and sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial relationships with key partners, including RB Leipzig and Red Bull KTM Merchandising
• Develop business growth strategies, forecasts, and recommendations for retail, e-commerce, events, and other sales channels
• Analyze business development, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to maximizing revenue and profitability
• Provide operational support for international key accounts, focusing on growth and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and priorities for retail channels
• Manage marketplace business, defining channel goals, growth plans, and performance expectations
• Analyze sales and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, retail, or a related field, preferably in the consumer goods, sports merchandising, or e-commerce industry
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, retail management, or a related field
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Experience in partner management and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP knowledge is a plus
