As part of our Manufacturing team, you'll help build state-of-the-art smart vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering vigilance.
- Lead a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets.
- Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.
- Utilize data to drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improving processes and driving innovation.
- Address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively.
- Champion accountability and manage performance.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

This position is a salary grade 8, ranging from $96,720-$162,120.
