Description
What you'll do
You'll be integrated into the team and experience firsthand the interfaces between production, development, sales, procurement, and controlling. You'll gain a very good overview of the processes within the company through the committee work in the launch and change management. You'll work closely with the production planning departments, such as bodywork, paint, assembly, upholstery, axle, and engine/motor planning, as well as quality and order management.
What you need
You'll need a study place for economics, engineering, computer science, or business administration (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between bachelor and master). You'll need good team skills and a desire to learn. You'll need a good work structure, good communication skills, and high flexibility.
Why this matters
You'll have the opportunity to get to know the development site Weissach or Hemmingen and the production sites Zuffenhausen, Leipzig, or Bratislava (depending on the vehicle project). You'll be part of an active internship community.
