Project Coordinator, Manufacturing Automation

Anduril's Manufacturing Automation team is seeking a Project Coordinator. The Manufacturing Automation team is responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories.

You will help coordinate deployment and communication of new tools, processes, equipment, and capabilities across the company. You will assist in daily tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of projects, organization of finances, and submitting purchase requests. Distill meeting notes into actionable items and follow up.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between product line engineers, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional teams. Manage documentation of internal resources.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as a project or program coordinator
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• A reliable self-starter, highly organized, resourceful, with attention to detail
• A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and/or experience of Confluence/Jira, SharePoint, and Airtable
