Mining and Rotary Motion Sales - Central&East Anatolia District Executive

We are seeking a Mining and Rotary Motion Sales – Central&East Anatolia District Executive to join our team at FUCHS. You will be responsible for sales in the Central and East Anatolia region, based in Ankara.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Construction Engineering, or Mining Engineer. You will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant business, and knowledge of the mining, cement, and rotating equipment sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Realizing direct sales to commercial customers in the region and increasing product sales rates
• Managing relationships with present customers and extending the customer portfolio
• Providing the right products, services, and solutions by accurately analyzing customer expectations
• Increasing regional sales and gross profitability
• Making collections from customers and managing stock
• Coordinating with the Technical Service Team and supporting technical development
• Generating regular reports and complying with legal requirements
