Student Assistant (m/f/d) in Concrete Laboratory

We are seeking a student assistant to join our team in the concrete laboratory. As a student assistant, you will support the testing of concrete release agents and assist in the preparation and evaluation of test series.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing the effectiveness of concrete release agents in the concrete laboratory and accompany test series from preparation to evaluation
• Prepare different concrete recipes and prepare them for further processing
• Apply release agents to formwork and shape concrete test specimens
• Evaluate concrete test specimens based on defined criteria and document the results, including photo documentation
• Prepare various devices such as concrete mixers, vibrating units, and sandblasting equipment for tests

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a technical or scientific study programme in Germany
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in a laboratory and have a technical interest
• You are willing to get involved and follow safety precautions for physical activities
• You are familiar with common PC applications, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is beneficial
• You work independently, carefully, and structured, and bring a high level of reliability and teamwork
• You speak German at a very good level, so you can understand and implement safety instructions
