Description
At Ford Motor Company, you will drive global capability upskilling, continuous improvements, and compliance in new and core engineering disciplines as an Engineering Learning and Development Supervisor.
You will partner with Product Creation & Industrialization organizations to conduct comprehensive needs analyses, understand industry trends, design annual training strategies, and implementation tactics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Learning Analytics Development and Dashboard Deployment for over 20,000 global employees
- Converting conventional metrics to Cloud First Solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Evaluating technical engineering learning content for relevance and accuracy
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to build relevant curricula
- Spearheading the development and deployment of learning analytics dashboards
- Coordinating end-to-end training logistics and tracking to ensure audit-ready compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of work experience in Product Development or a related engineering field
- Experience in understanding organizational learning needs, identifying gaps, managing training, and developing employees
- Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneNote
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to move projects from ambiguity to execution

The salary range for this position is $115,500-$218,100.
