FBS Domain Architect

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers Insurance operations, partnering with Capgemini as the Employer of Record.

The Personal Lines Architecture team defines and governs technology strategy, standards, and roadmaps for Auto, Home, and Umbrella platforms.

As a Domain Architect, you will own the architecture vision and roadmap for Personal Lines policy administration platforms supporting Auto, Home, and Umbrella products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Domain Architecture to perform complex technical planning and architecture development.
• Solve complex problems and partner effectively to execute broad, continuous Domain level architecture improvement roadmaps.
• Work independently, receiving minimal guidance and direction to solve for and influence Enterprise and System architecture.
• Mentor developers and create reference implementations/frameworks.
• Partner with System Architects to elaborate capabilities and features.
• Deliver single domain architecture solutions and execute continuous domain level architecture improvement roadmap.
