NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Business Manager, NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. You will work alongside passionate people creating experiences fans feel and helping shape the future of sports and entertainment.
The Senior Business Manager will help shape the long-term vision, growth strategy, and business performance of the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading alignment across teams, drivers, manufacturers, tracks, partners, and NASCAR stakeholders to advance shared business objectives
- Driving strategic initiatives that strengthen participation, sponsorship value, industry investment, audience growth, and fan engagement
- Creating meaningful collaboration and communication frameworks that connect industry stakeholders with NASCAR's strategic priorities
- Advancing the sustainability, relevance, and future success of one of NASCAR's key racing series through data-driven decision-making and industry leadership
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven (7) + years of related business, sports, entertainment, partnership, or industry development experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies
- Demonstrated experience using data and insights to guide business decisions and strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to build, manage, and influence relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
